Working With Light

Aivanhov 3.jpg

This is a simple but profound exercise that can change your life very rapidly:

“Try to acquire the taste for working with the light: not just with sunlight but also with this invisible light that imbues all of creation, for only the light can re-establish order in you, can make all your cells vibrate in harmony and restore your health. It is light that possesses the greatest powers on the physical plane, just as on the psychic plane. It’s not perhaps the fastest method, but its effects are permanent.

Think of the light more than you think of anything else in your life, for the extreme subtlety of its vibrations takes us closer to the world of the spirit. For at least a few minutes each day, think only of light and nothing else. It will be like a beam of pure particles passing through you. This beam will become so powerful it will touch all creatures on earth and awaken their divine nature.”

–Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov (Bulgarian Spiritual Master, 1900-1986)

Ready To Respond to the Whispers of Intuition

Aivanhov 9.jpg

“At any moment we can receive warnings, news or clarification from the invisible world.

So, pay attention, stay tuned in, so that you form a sort of photoelectric cell warning you when an entity, a current, is coming by. And straight away try to know its nature.

When you feel a current of light lightly touching you, remain still until it takes hold of you. Wait for it to pervade your soul, and then it will be with you throughout the day whatever you are doing. The more spiritual the current, the faster it goes by. Divine currents travel in space at lightning speed. And so you should try to keep your subtle centers in a fit state to react immediately.”

Total Awareness

Aivanhov 9.jpg

“Life is all one, and you should be conscious at every moment of what you are doing, for when you make a gesture it is never in isolation; whether inwardly or outwardly, everything has repercussions. This is why it is also important for you to learn how to greet each other. You spot someone you know, a friend… Even if all you do is hail them from a distance, do so consciously, so that you transmit life to them through your hand as currents of energy and rays of color.

The most powerful and beneficial exchanges are not necessarily the ones you make when you come physically close. You can put a lot of love and light into a hand gesture and the look in your eyes as you make it. So, let your soul take part in your greeting, and your spirit too, so that each person you greet can feel that what they receive is reaching within and improving them. It is so important to have harmonious psychic contact with one another before we meet on the physical level to talk or to work!”

Your Inner Potential

Aivanhov 3.jpg

“Strive to be conscious of all the possibilities within you. Even when you think you are completely exhausted and at the end of your tether, you still have tremendous resources which will help you to continue on your path.”

–Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov (Bulgarian Spiritual Master, 1900-1986)

Causality

Aivanhov 4.jpg

“A vacuum cannot exist in nature. An empty space is immediately filled by something else. And this law is effective on all levels. If what you give is luminous, radiant, beneficial, in return you will receive elements of the same quality, with the same luminous, radiant quintessence. But if you emanate something filthy, you will at once be filled with filth.”

–Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov (Bulgarian Spiritual Master, 1900-1986)

Exchange Is The Law of Life

Aivanhov 3.jpg

“Exchange is the law of life, and to exchange means to give and receive. Understanding this law allows us to better understand the processes of the spiritual life, such as communion, for example. To commune means to make exchanges.”

–Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov (Bulgarian Spiritual Master, 1900-1986)

Evolution By Opening Your Heart and Mind

Aivanhov 2.jpg

“Evolving is about being able to enlarge the sphere of your concerns and activities with each day that comes. But what do we find? Humans are concerned above all with their personal interests and slightly with those of their family and their country, all of which leads to so many misunderstandings.

Many people will say there is no greater ideal than to work for one’s country. This is not so, because their country does not represent the whole. If everyone set to work solely for their country, it would inevitably lead to conflicts with other countries. When you concentrate exclusively on a part of the whole, you necessarily enter into conflict with other parts of the whole. World peace would require people to see things from the broadest, most universal perspective.

In order to evolve, you have to continually expand your point of view, open your heart to an increasing number of creatures and use all your will to make the universal family a reality.”

–Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov (Bulgarian Spiritual Master, 1900-1986)

Working On Yourself. And Your Legacy

Aivanhov 9.jpg

“Even if no one appreciates the efforts you make to perfect yourself, don’t let that discourage you; you are making these efforts for yourself, not for other people. You will keep all the spiritual riches you are now amassing when you come back to earth. In what form? In the form of more favorable conditions, which heaven will give you for your spiritual development. If you see you are still not able to acquire a particular quality, or conquer a particular fault, or overcome a bad habit, tell yourself frankly, ‘It’s because I didn’t make the efforts I should have in the past, and now everything is difficult.’ That’s what you must tell yourself, and then you must get to work at once. Yes, even if you only have a year to live, a single year, you should make a start, for in that short time considerable changes would take place.”

–Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov (Bulgarian Spiritual Master, 1900-1986)

Evolution Is The Law of Life

Aivanhov.jpg

“Evolution is the law of life. Everything must evolve, even minerals; they evolve very slowly, but they do evolve. There is a force in minerals which works to bring to light all the qualities and virtues they contain. Precious stones and precious metals are more highly evolved minerals, possessing beneficial virtues. Plants also evolve, and the more they do the more they provide nutritious, healing flowers and fruits. It’s the same with animals and people, and it’s even true for our planet and the whole solar system.

Everything must progress and improve; where this law is impeded, destruction occurs. Entire human cultures, worlds and constellations have disappeared, because they have opposed the law of evolution. So, try to take this law seriously: your whole life will be transformed by it, and you will create a magnificent future for yourself.”

Meditate on a Flower

Aivanhov 2.jpg

“We are in the habit of thinking of clothing as something we use to cover ourselves, but in fact there is much more to the matter.

It can be said that the physical body is the clothing of the soul and spirit, that words are the clothing of thought, and so on. Feelings, thoughts and forces have clothes, as do all creatures visible and invisible.

A flower, for example, is a garment in which an entity hides. This is why you must meditate on flowers, on their form, color and fragrance, so that you understand the nature of the beings who wear such clothing.

And it is not only on flowers that you must meditate, but on everything that exists in the different kingdoms of nature: mineral, vegetable, animal and human. A crystal, a diamond, a precious stone – each is a form of clothing, a body in which a spiritual entity has incarnated in order to reveal itself.”
